Spring is for Babies

Besides all the other irons we have in the fire, we also raise beef cattle on our farm, Triple J Farms. We named it after our 3 sons. So far we have had 7 babies with 2 more due. It is a fun, but stressful time; you don't know if they are going to have problems birthing, troubles eating, or get sick. This year has gone pretty good; a few bumps in the road but that is expected. We even had twin boys, a first for us! The babies are so cute when they are little and are a favorite of mine to photograph. Here are a few of the babies. Enjoy!

I love this little guys markings! One of the twins.

 The other twin.

Our bull on a foggy morning.
 A few hours old.
This one is our orphan calf. She is so lovable, she rubs on you like a dog would.

Everybody knows what the grain bucket is! This is the twins.

Sample Album

In the world of digital everything, it is still nice to have some pictures to hold in your hands and look at without getting on a computer or phone. That is why I include an album in all wedding packages. But albums are not just for weddings. Albums would be great for family pictures, seniors, or baby sessions.
I decided to order a sample album to update my portfolio. I decided on a 12x12 and it is beautiful!! Nice leather cover, thick pages, and you can even get a bag to put the album in so it stays nice.

I love how this image looks! And no ugly gutter in the middle.
 Cute little bag!

Happy Birthday Parker!

This little man turns one today! Jayne is one of my very good friends from college and this photo shoot is the first time I got to see her adorable son. He was 7 months old and we met at The University of Notre Dame because her family are huge ND fans. And because the campus is gorgeous! We had a blast and I hated to leave them. Hopefully I can kiss these sweet cheeks again in the near future!
Happy Birthday buddy! Wish I could be there to help you celebrate!
